The Global Health Tourism Show offers you two participation options. A Seminar and Workshop.

A seminar is a presentation by an expert on trends or a local authority representative on opportunities in the destination. Seminars are pre-recorded and available on recording.

Workshops are held live within 3 days according to the schedule. They contain commercial information about the services of hotels, resorts, clinics or operators with whom delegates can enter into cooperation agreements. Includes question and answer sessions

Find answers to your questions on the format of participation

  • How do I join?

    Please fill out the entry form for the desired category and you will receive an email with further instructions. 

  • Where can I find out the schedule of Workshops?

    You'll get a list and times 7 days before the event. Recordings and direct contacts of speakers will be available for participants of all workshops

  • How many listeners can participate in the Workshop?

    Between 20 and 100 participants can attend a Workshop at the same time. The number depends on the topic. All participants will have access to the recording and direct contacts of the speaker

  • What is the duration of Seminars and Workshops?

    Seminars about Health Tourism destinations last no more than 30 minutes. Workshops from Service Providers include question and answer sessions and will last 40-60 minutes, depending on the number of questions.

  • What is the difference between a seminar and a Workshop?

Masterclasses are held live within 3 days according to the schedule. DoctorGEO&SPA is a Ukrainian-Irish medical tourism magazine and agency operating in European countries. The company DoctorGEO has been operating since 2012. Natalia Strokovska is the founder of a huge web portal about clinics, resorts, spa and wellness abroad www.doctorgeo.info.

The company cooperates with clinics and resorts in more than 30 countries. The most important countries are Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Turkey and Spain.

The company working in business-to-business sector, creates strong ties of cooperation between sellers and buyers, organizing workshops, conferences and meetings.

for Participation in the

Global Health Tourism Show

1. Data Collection and Communication
1.1 By registering for the Global Health Tourism Show, participants agree to the collection of their data for the purposes of event communication.
1.2 Collected data will be used to send newsletters, updates about the event agenda, and important notifications related to the event.

2. Participation for Agencies
2.1 Agencies can attend the Local Authority Seminars free of charge. These seminars feature expert speakers, including Heads of Associations, Cluster Leaders, and Tourism Board Representatives.
2.2 Agencies may sign up for Live Workshop focused on business development, provided by service providers. Participation in these sessions is available on a donation basis.

3. Participation for Associations and Tourism Boards
3.1 Associations and Tourism Boards are invited to present their destinations free of charge.
3.2 Presentations are scheduled in advance and will be streamed live on YouTube, with recordings made available to all participants for future access starting March 17th, 2025.

4. Participation for Service Providers
4.1 Service providers have the opportunity to showcase their commercial offerings during live sessions with the audience, scheduled from March 17–19, 2025.
4.2 Service providers may use this platform to highlight new services and innovations and attract new partners for collaboration. Participation for service providers is available on a paid basis.

5. General Terms
5.1 All participants agree to abide by the event schedule and adhere to any technical guidelines provided by the organizers to ensure smooth participation.
5.2 The organizers reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or technical arrangements as necessary.
5.3 Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Presentations, masterclasses, and sessions are the intellectual property of their respective presenters and the event organizers. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of recordings are authorised with an acknowledgement of the source GHTS.

7. Disclaimer
7.1 The organizers of the Global Health Tourism Show are not liable for any technical difficulties, including but not limited to connectivity issues, that may affect participation.
7.2 All payments for service provider participation are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
